Refund policy

Wrong size? We'll exchange it!

Item too big or too small? The simplest and quickest solution is an exchange: you get the right size without having to reorder or wait for a refund.

  1. Email us at neliaboutique.contact@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order, with your order number, the item concerned and the size you'd like.
  2. We check availability and send you the return address.
  3. Send the item back: as soon as we receive it, we ship your new size.

If the size you want is no longer available, we'll offer you another item or a refund.

15 days to return an item

You have 15 days from receiving your order to return an item, with no need to give a reason (the legal withdrawal period is 14 days). You then choose between an exchange and a refund. These conditions also apply to sale items.

Conditions

  • Item unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with its original tags;
  • Item returned complete, ideally in its original packaging;
  • For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear can only be returned if their hygiene seal is intact.

Prefer a refund?

  1. Email us within 15 days of receiving your order at neliaboutique.contact@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) concerned (you can also use the withdrawal form attached to our Terms and Conditions of Sale).
  2. We send you the return address and the steps to follow.
  3. Send the parcel back no later than 14 days after telling us your decision, and keep your proof of postage.

We refund all sums paid, including the original delivery costs (based on standard delivery), no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision. The refund may be withheld until we receive the items or your proof of shipment. It is made to the payment method used for the order; how long it takes to appear on your account then depends on your bank.

Return costs

Return costs are paid by you, unless the item is faulty, damaged or does not match your order: in that case, we cover the costs.

Faulty or non-conforming item

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and photos: we'll offer you a replacement or a refund, in line with the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects.

Orders placed before 30 October 2026 keep the 30-day period set out in the conditions in force at the time of purchase.
