Where do our parcels ship from?

Our items are shipped from our logistics partners' warehouses, located mainly in China, directly to the address you entered when placing your order.

Delivery times

Orders are shipped within 2 to 4 business days after payment is confirmed (up to 5 days depending on weekends and public holidays), then delivered within 10 to 14 business days in France and the European Union, for a total of 12 to 18 business days.

In accordance with Article L216-1 of the French Consumer Code, your order will be delivered no later than 30 days after you place it. If it isn't, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund, under the conditions provided by law.

Tracking your parcel

Your tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your parcel arrives in your destination country. So it's normal not to receive a tracking number during the first few days: your order is on its way. Remember to check your spam folder.

Late, damaged or lost parcel

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the stated delivery time, contact us at neliaboutique.contact@gmail.com: we'll open an investigation with the carrier. If the loss is confirmed, we'll send your order again or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. If your parcel arrives damaged, send us photos and we'll find a solution.

Delivery address

Please check your address before confirming your order. If you notice a mistake, write to us as soon as possible: we'll correct it if the parcel hasn't left yet.
