Changed your mind? No problem.
Buying clothes online without trying them on is always a bit of a gamble. That's why returns are simple, straightforward, and require no explanation.
You have 14 days — or even 30
French law gives you 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. With us, you have 30 days. You do not need to provide any reason.
Conditions
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Original tags must still be attached
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear can only be returned if the hygienic seal is intact
How to return
- Email us at neliaboutique.contact@gmail.com, including your order number and the item in question
- You will receive your return label and shipping address within 24 hours
- Drop off the package at a relay point or post office
- Upon receipt and inspection, your refund will be processed
Refunds
Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the return, using the same payment method used for the order. In practice, most of our refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account then depends on your bank (2 to 5 days).
Who pays for the return?
Return shipping costs are your responsibility (approximately €4.90 via the label we provide), unless the item is defective, damaged, or does not match your order: in that case, we will cover everything, including return and replacement shipping costs.
Size exchanges
Just need a different size? Let us know: we will reserve the new size during transit so that it doesn't sell out in the meantime.
