Our delivery times
Preparation of your order
Your package is prepared and handed over to the carrier within 24 to 48 business hours after payment validation. Orders placed on Friday after 2:00 PM will be shipped on Monday.
Delivery times and rates
We deliver in 7 to 14 business days in France and European Union countries. These times are calculated from the validation of your order, including preparation.

Free delivery in Metropolitan France on orders over €120. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
The exact amount of shipping costs is always displayed before payment, depending on your address.
Tracking your package
As soon as it is handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can track your package at any time using the link provided. Remember to check your spam folder if you do not receive anything within 48 hours.

Delayed or lost package
If your package has not arrived within the announced time frame, contact us: we will open an investigation with the carrier and, in case of confirmed loss, we will reship your order or provide a full refund. You do not have to pay anything upfront.
In accordance with Article L216-1 of the French Consumer Code, delivery occurs no later than 30 days after the order.
