How to wear it: heeled sandals and understated jewellery — the dress does all the work. Add a short black jacket if the evening carries on outside.

If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one, especially for non-stretchy fabrics.

Buying clothes online without trying them on is always a bit of a gamble. That's why returns are simple, straightforward, and require no explanation.

You have 14 days — or even 30

French law gives you 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. With us, you have 30 days. You do not need to provide any reason.

Conditions

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• Original tags must still be attached
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear can only be returned if the hygienic seal is intact

How to return

1. Email us at neliaboutique.contact@gmail.com, including your order number and the item in question
2. You will receive your return label and shipping address within 24 hours
3. Drop off the package at a relay point or post office
4. Upon receipt and inspection, your refund will be processed

Refunds

Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the return, using the same payment method used for the order. In practice, most of our refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account then depends on your bank (2 to 5 days).

Who pays for the return?

Return shipping costs are your responsibility (approximately €4.90 via the label we provide), unless the item is defective, damaged, or does not match your order: in that case, we will cover everything, including return and replacement shipping costs.

Size exchanges

Just need a different size? Let us know: we will reserve the new size during transit so that it doesn't sell out in the meantime.

Your payment is processed directly by Shopify Payments and Stripe, two of the most widely used payment platforms in the world. We never have access to your bank details.

When am I charged?

You are charged at the time of order confirmation. You will immediately receive a confirmation email summarizing your order and the exact amount.

Payment declined?

In the vast majority of cases, this is due to a bank limit or an incomplete 3D Secure verification. No money is deducted. Please try again with another payment method, or contact us at neliaboutique.contact@gmail.com.

Prices and VAT

All our prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included. Shipping costs are added to the price of the items: €6.99 for mainland France (free on orders over €120), €9.99 for other European Union countries. No surprises: the total amount, including delivery, is always displayed before you confirm your payment.
